I get when I buy a design? When you buy a design off our website, you will get a number of things. Each design is multi-formatted and comes complete with a colour chart (if more than one colour). Formats include: .jef, psw, xxx, art, pes, hus, vip, vp3 and pcs Certain designs such as washaway or appliqué also give instructions on how to achieve the technique. Will
all designs be available in all formats?
No, All designs are not
available in all formats because of smaller hoop sizes on some
machines.
All designs are available in the Hus format which most if not all computer programs can read, from here you can resize or split designs to suit the size of your embroidery hoop. How
do
I order designs from A Few Designs website? Our
designs are now available in two
main ways. Choice
one: Choose the design you
would like and click the buy now
button. This will enable you to purchase the design. (Designs bought
this way
may be singular, a group or a specified collection) Choice
2: Choose the option in which
you can order a CD to be
posted to you. This option will give you the designs in all formats,
with a
colour chart on a CD posted via registered post. The registered Post
fee of
$7.95 will be added to your order. This choice will not give the
designs to you until
the CD has arrived by post. Can
I
choose my own group of designs and get them put onto CD? At this time, the designs are available through a download system or by choosing a design collection. We are not putting any individual choices onto CD's to be posted. Ordering

is your return policy? We
do not credit but we will replace

is faulty or received damaged in the post (with same). How do I make a return? Change
of mind is not a reason to
return goods. Any
faulty returned goods will only be replaced with same. Before
you make a return, please
phone or email so I
can check with you what the problem is and make the arrangements
necessary for
a replacement if required. Replacement
will only be processed
once the
merchandise has been received. Please send a copy of your purchase

Installation sheet that is included with your embroidery CD. If this

work or if you are having trouble, phone and I will walk you through
the
